Purpose of the Stall (food/craft etc.)
Stall charges are as follows:
Clubs and charities: 2.5 metres £20 4 metres £35
Trade: 2.5 metres £30 4 metres £50
Larger stalls by negotiation
On Carnival day:Stalls can be set up between 8am and 10.30am
Stalls can open between 11am and 5pm
Stalls should be cleared by 6pm
Please provide a copy of your Public Liability Insurance with your application.

Some tables are available from Colin Wareham - 01276 858611 on a prebooked basis only and at a small charge.
You will receive a copy of the Programme and arrival instructions giving your
stall location a few days before the event.
Please ensure that your tables, gazebos and displays fit within your pitch as no extra room is available on the day.
You are responsible for clearing the immediate area of your stall of litter.
We prefer where possible that vehicles are taken off the field after stalls have been set up.
